  1. Choose a positive team leader for the implementation process
  2. Develop a project implementation plan
  3. Invest in training – train the trainer approach
  4. All staff must learn and take part in the WebStore process
  5. One staff member must check the email at least once a day for WebStore orders
  6. One staff member must reconcile reports with practice management at least once a month
  7. Have a Goal/Objective – in the short term, midterm and long term

 

To successfully use your WebStore you will need the correct equipment, software and Internet connection.
A PC or a Mac with the following applications  installed:

Adobe Acrobat Reader to read PDF documents (such as a printable copy of this manual)
